These terms govern your use of Watosee, an app provided by Sasai Soft (Spain). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
By installing or using Watosee, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Watosee is a recommendation tool that helps you decide what to watch and tells you where a title is available. It does not host, stream or distribute any content; it points you to third-party services, subject to their own terms and subscriptions.
You must be at least 13 — the EU minimum digital-consent age — and, where your country sets it higher, at least that age (for example, 14 in Spain, 15 in France, 16 in Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands).
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Sasai Soft.
Films, series, posters, artwork and platform trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Watosee app, brand and software are owned by Sasai Soft and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Availability and catalogue data come from third parties (including Movie of the Night and Wikidata) and may contain errors, be incomplete, or change without notice. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or continuity, and we are not responsible for third-party services you open from the app.
Watosee Pro is an optional one-time purchase. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by the app store (Google Play / Apple) under their terms; we do not process payments. Refund requests are subject to the store’s policy. You can restore a previous purchase on a new device from within the app.
Use Watosee lawfully and for personal purposes. Don’t reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or abuse the service, circumvent limits, or redistribute the underlying data to third parties.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sasai Soft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app or the third-party content it references. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.
We may update, change or discontinue the app or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence; consumers may bring proceedings in their own domicile. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
